Since October 2011,Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC)was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.

THKMC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for theelderly and the sick,families,persons with disabilities, andchildren. We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an HR Operations to ensure the smooth running of the HR Division and that our HR initiatives are cost-effective and contribute to a healthy work environment. Your responsibilities include the review of HR budgets, policy, processes and systems.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are passionate about HR policies and procedures and want to help create a nourishing workplace, this position is for you.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensuring smooth on-boarding and off-boarding support for all new hires and exits.
  • Monitor and maintain internal HR systems and databases.
  • Review, introduce and implement HR policies.
  • Review and monitor key HR metrics
  • Act as an advisory to other HR colleagues (HR Business Partners and OD & Learning Team) and staff on HR policies, procedures and procedures.
  • Initiate improvements to internal HR processes, systems and communications towards enhancing service experiences.
  • Participate in and manage any ad hoc HR projects and initiatives.

  • QUALIFICATIONS

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Human Resource Management or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the HR role. Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for a more senior position.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within the team.
  • Able to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion, while building trust and upholding confidentiality.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion.
  • Has an eye for detail and is resourceful.
  • Considerate, courteous, and treats others with respect.
