Job Description

Our client is an asset management firm covering both public and private equity investment. They have a stable track record in the region. As the business continues to grow they are looking for a HR Manager/Senior Manager and the role is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

Cover a full spectrum of human resources function such as compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, organizational development etc

Collaborate with other offices to plan and execute HR policies

Advise the latest HR needs and people matters to the management

Update HR policies and practice for the organization

Assist the management to cultivate a positive company culture for employees

Collaborate with the management to understand the organisation's goals and strategy related to employee engagement

Ad-hoc projects related to human resources

Key requirements:

At least 6 years of HR experience in the financial services industry, such as fund management, wealth management industries etc

A good all-rounded experience in human resources

Good knowledge in human resources regulations and practice

Regional exposure is an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work in a small office environment
