Job Description


Youll be part of a team responsible for managing the following programmes

  • Suite of 5 OCBC scholarship programmes (including branding, selection and award of scholars, planning of award ceremony and engagement of scholars during and post their scholarship tenure
  • Employee listening programme including the annual employee engagement survey and pulse surveys. This involves survey question design, building survey on platform, testing and launching surveys, build dashboards on survey platform and post survey analysis and presentation of results
  • Employee work life programmes such as the Little Skool House partnership, Life Refreshed@OCBC and the Employee Resource Groups for different employee segments
  • Annual OP exercise for Group HR and tracking of actual expenses
  • Compliance related functions including KYV, third party risk management, RCSA, CSA
  • Qualifications

  • University degree in any discipline with 2 to 5 years of working experience.
  • Forward looking and creative, commercially focused and people oriented, working effectively with multiple and diverse stakeholders
  • High drive for results
  • Analytical, detail oriented and adept at working with data and metrics
  • Work well in high pressure situations and constraints
