Main Responsibilities- Deliver value-added HR services on people administration, compensation & benefits services, bankwide registration for associates, on-boarding and termination processes, background screening for new hires/ associates, visa administration etc.
Execute various HR programs and policies in support of the Bank's strategies and business needs
Perform registration related activities for license holders, keep abreast of any change of related regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance
Ensure deliverables are in compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements and of the required quality and service standard
Support benchmarking of HR best practices and systems
Participate in HR projects to improve operation efficiency and ensure the service quality on divisional level
Compile regular HR reports
Requirements- Tertiary Education
Minimum 3 years' solid human resources experience
Experience of handling registration processes in bank preferable
Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Self-initiated, good interpersonal and communication skills
