Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Major responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions with the main focus on payroll processing including but not limited to compensation & benefits administration and recruitment
  • Handle full spectrum of recruitment (Advertise, shortlist & interview candidates, prepare salary proposal, make offers to successful candidates, prepare for on-boarding & staff announcement)
  • Ensure the alignment of all regulatory compliances based on the Employment Laws & Work Pass Regulations
  • Handle work pass matters (application, renewal, cancellation, etc)
  • Handle the employees monthly payroll cycles, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A Year Income Tax Assessment
  • Propose, create, develop, plan, lead, execute and maintain HR policies and processes for the Singapore office to tie in with Global HR direction
  • Lead, administered, and support IT and Front-Desk Receptionist for office maintenance and asset management in Singapore.
  • Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
  • Requirements & Capabilities

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or any equivalents
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the HR Generalist role, preferably in the Fintech, financial, internet technology industry
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Singapore legislation, labor law, and local HR practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders both in Singapore and China
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
  • Keen attention to detail, efficient and highly organized
  • Good time management, able to multi-task, and can work under high pressure
