An integral part of Singapores City in a Garden vision, Gardens by the Bay spans a total of 101 hectares of prime land at the heart of Singapores new downtown Marina Bay. Comprising three waterfront gardens Bay South, Bay East and Bay Central Gardens by the Bay will be a showcase of horticulture and garden artistry that will bring the world of plants to Singapore and present Singapore to the World. We are seeking a committed and dynamic individual with a keen eye for details to handle payroll, compensation and budgeting support portfolio. Your responsibilities will encompass the handling of the full cycle of monthly payroll, annual bonuses and increment processing as well as prepare data for budget planning. You will be involved in the review of compensation framework, total rewards policies and procedures and salary benchmarking. You will manage the HRIS and maintain strategic partnership with the system vendor for greater efficiencies in service. In the area of employee welfare and benefits, you will handle the array of medical and other employee insurances as well as leave matters and long service awards. You will also provide support to the coordination of safe management measures at workplace settings to ensure compliance with prevailing COVID-19 advisories.

  • Degree in Human Resources or related fields with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Those without relevant experience but possess the right aptitude in learning are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and resourceful; with initiative and drive to deliver organized and meticulous work
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
  • Sound knowledge of Employment Act and prevailing statutory regulations
  • Proficient in HR systems. Those with experience and knowledge in SuccessFactors will have an advantage
  • Competent in MS Office, especially Excel
