Position : Manager / Assistant Manager (HR Partnership) (One-Year Contract) 4 pax
Contract period : 1 year (asap)
Salary Range: $3,200 - $7,000 depending on relevant working experience.
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm
Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
(With an hour lunch break)
You will work closely with HQ Divisions and the COVID-19 Task Groups as HR Business Partner in the Corporate Human Resource (CHR) Division, to operationalise human resource functions including but not limited to resourcing, talent attraction and retention, and ensure that their workforce capability and competency requirements are met. You will also review HR policies and frameworks to keep them relevant to current industry practice.
You will have first-hand understanding of the work of the COVID-19 Task Groups and be deeply involved in the HR management of the COVID-19 workforce. You will be given opportunities to experience and learn from the unique and unprecedented events during this pandemic period.
Some relevant work experience in the human resources will be an advantage. Those without work experience may also apply.
Good knowledge of common IT software including MS Words, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Keen to learn and willing to work hard and take on challenges
Able to understand the needs of employees and employers, and maintain objectivity
Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
Accurate and meticulous
Active listener and good ground sensing
