Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

You will work closely with Divisions as HR Business Partner in the Corporate Human Resource Division, to operationalise human resource functions including but not limited to resourcing, talent attraction and retention, and ensure that their workforce capability and competency requirements are met. You will also review HR policies and frameworks to keep them relevant to current industry practice.

You will have first-hand understanding of the work be deeply involved in the HR management. You will be given opportunities to experience and learn from the unique and unprecedented events during this pandemic period.

Requirements

  • Some relevant work experience in human resource will be an advantage. Those without work experience may also apply.
  • Good knowledge of common IT software including MS Words, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Keen to learn and willing to work hard and take on challenges
  • Able to understand the needs of employees and employer, and maintain objectivity
  • Able to work independently and as a team in a fast paced environment
  • Accurate and meticulous
  • Active listener and good ground sensing
