You will work closely with Divisions as HR Business Partner in the Corporate Human Resource Division, to operationalise human resource functions including but not limited to resourcing, talent attraction and retention, and ensure that their workforce capability and competency requirements are met. You will also review HR policies and frameworks to keep them relevant to current industry practice.
You will have first-hand understanding of the work be deeply involved in the HR management. You will be given opportunities to experience and learn from the unique and unprecedented events during this pandemic period.
