Provides management on operational effectiveness and deployment of recruiting resources to ensure appropriate recruitment processes are being executed in a consistent and timely manner within service delivery expectations. Responsible for leading a team of in-house recruiters and collaborating with our RPO partners to delight key stakeholders in filling critical positions and managing multiple site locations.

Reporting to the Head of Business Services Human Resources Asia Pacific, the incumbent is to manage the delivery of exceptional services for the Asia Pacific region.
The incumbent is expected to drive productivity, continuous improvement and innovation through process optimization on recruitment-related processes across all Asia Pacific markets.
