Job Purpose

The Manager, Partner Recruitment will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to support business growth. He/She is also responsible for the teams KPI for the daily sales operations for the Taxi, Taxishare, Limousine and Leasing fleet. This position will be working closely with the Plans and Product departments.

Responsibilities

Manager, Partner Recruitment duties and responsibilities are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

  • Market research and develop sales/marketing plans and opportunities for business growth
  • Analyze market intelligence
  • Review and administer Tiered Rebates, Credit Referrals, Clawbacks, Refunds for TaxiShare
  • Innovate mobility solutions tailored to taxi and limousine partners needs
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing individual sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion
  • Accomplish sales and marketing objectives by attaining market information and recommendation for management to review
  • Identify trends/targeted market, prepare action plans to penetrate new market with consideration of quality, customer-service standards and productivity.
  • Engage closely with operations team for smooth execution of projects
  • Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs; and anticipating new opportunities
  • Strong pulse of competitors movements and pricing strategy
  • Present company profile and articulate our unique selling points clearly to potential clients
  • Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of working experience in transport, mobility or related sector
  • Skills

  • Strong passion for sales
  • Able to work with and manage relationships with all levels of staff.
  • Strong analytical skills to handle all investigation work
  • Good communication and presentation skill
