You are responsible for the provision of quality service in the administration of all National Service (NS) In-Camp Training-related matters. On this, you ensure that the call-up process is executed timely and accurately, and that services are delivered within the stipulated standards. You also evaluate and assess appeal cases on deferment for NSmen and conduct constant review of service standards and NS-related policies. Additionally, you provide timely and accurate data and analysis for management reports to address any potential issues/gaps. Your challenge lies in being professional in managing key stakeholders, while managing cases with empathy and sensitivity.
You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in human resource management or business administration, with at least 2 years work experience in a similar or supervisory role. Possession of strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills, as well as IT knowledge is essential. You must be meticulous, independent and resourceful. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
