Accountable for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, incentive and budgeting proposals, employment formalities etc.
Work with Business Partners to provide professional HR services and advice
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage the annual performance appraisal, salary review and reward process
Prepare data analysis and reports for management review
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local legal requirements
Support the HR Director and Line Management by providing advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications on all human resources related issues
Proper manpower planning, profiling and acquisition in close coordination with Department Heads and according to business needs
Prepare the onboarding program for new hires including but not limited to set up staff information, conduct an orientation program and exit interview for staff in Hong Kong Branch
Prepare the monthly HR reporting
Accept ownership and perform any otherHR duties as assigned by the senior management
University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Min 6-8 years of HR operations, especially with focus on C&B and BP. Experience in the Supply Chain Mgmt/Logistics field is preferred, but not mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Mandarin)
Strong knowledge in employment ordinance and regulations
Conversant in data management, analysis and proposing solutions and alternatives
Knowledge in personnel development, organization, compensation and benefits, learning & development and BP
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with all type of people regardless of position and rank
High level of integrity, ability to deal with confidential information
Professional competence & confident negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, under pressure in a fast pace environment
Pro-active self-starter who is able to initiate and lead actions
Willing to go extra miles
