Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent oversees the full spectrum of HR matters. He/ She liaises with line managers to understand critical requirements, projects future skills demand and prioritise requirements. Partner with business units in identifying and manage the high-potential talent, including succession planning. Manages employee issues and supports line managers in exit and retirement processes. An excellent communicator who aligns interests among various stakeholders to promote a cooperative and collaborative work environment.

Key Roles:

Manage and coach the HR team

Develop a sustainable talent acquisition / hiring plans and strategies

Analyse and forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans

Oversee and manage end-to-end recruitment process

Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

Review Job descriptions for HQ and all Business Units

Salary benchmarking of HQ and respective Business Units

Initiate and maintain effective programs for retention, promotion and succession planning

Oversee the performance appraisal process of all staff twice yearly

Analyse employee engagement metrics such as retention and attrition rates

Manage employee relations and grievances

Provide coaching and counselling to staff and line managers as and when required

Develop communication for HR programmes/ activities to convey desired messages clearly and effectively to the targeted audience.

Communicate with employees on areas such as benefits and claims eligibility and administration, payroll deductions, retirement, re-employment, and termination guidelines.

Adopt a service-oriented mindset and people-centricity in dealing with workforce and business stakeholders.

Ensure timely completion of HR reporting and analysis monthly

Any other jobs or duties assigned by Director, HR from time to time.
