Job Description

  • Experience and a proven track record of delivery in HR Management role preferably with direct experience of managing a small team
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation for Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia
  • Business focused approach and working experience in a complex and dynamic environment
  • To advise stakeholder and implement company policies that comply with business objectives
  • Manage the recruiting and selection activities of the company to employ, place, and transfer internal and external staffing
  • Manage complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge of department, HR and Company objectives
  • To handle Corporate leasing agreement, rental issue, stamp duty and knowledge of commercial property
  • To handle confidential administrative matter
  • Job Specification

  • Degree in HR Management / Business Administration
  • 5 years relevant experience in full spectrum of HR functions in Data Centre or E&M related sector
  • Good knowledge in employment legislations
  • Able to multi task and work independently in a fast paced, multi-cultural environment
  • To manage of large volume hiring, as well as niche hiring, is essential
  • Experienced recruiting leader across multiple locations in APAC and remote management.
