The Job

Reporting to the Vice President, HRBP, you will be the HR business partner for one of the business units. You will work closely with the business stakeholders and leaders in building a high performing culture and growing the organisations talent pool.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the leadership team to align HR strategy to business objectives
  • Work closely with Heads of Department in resource planning and budgeting as well as talent acquisition
  • Partner with the respective HR Centres of Expertise (e.g. Group Talent Management and Group Rewards) and the leadership team to develop and build a talent pipeline as well as drive the annual performance and salary review
  • Support in developing HR solutions to improve employees performance and engagement
  • Work closely with People Operations team and HR Shared Services team to deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner
  • Participate and support in HR-related and other ad hoc projects when required
  • Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resource or equivalent
  • Minimum5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven strong foundation and knowledge of HR principles including employment law and compliance requirements
  • Resourceful, independent and possesses strong initiative and drive
  • Meticulous and exercises high level of discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Team player, who is mature with good hands-on multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
