Job Description

Job Purpose

You will be responsible for the delivery of the Talent Acquisition (TA) plan in support of the assigned business units, especially for the commercial growth businesses. You will drive the talent acquisition sourcing including candidate mining on LinkedIn, lead the interviews and calibrate requirements with the business as needed.


As a HRBP focused on Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with the business to attract the best talent possible, to deliver great quality service to hiring managers and drive excellent candidate experiences. You will also be a subject matter expert to provide top notch acquisition support to the assigned business units. Your role will include but not limited to:

  • Work with business stakeholders and HR business partners to understand and plan for appropriate fulfilment strategy to meet requirements.
  • Manage and execute the recruitment process from Job Advertisement to offer acceptance.
  • Screening and selecting candidates from the applicant pool
  • Focus on ensuring proper interview and selection process and timely hire.
  • Ensure KPIs with respect to talent acquisition speed to hire, cost management etc are monitored and managed.
  • Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Degree with about 8 years TA experience.
  • Proven work experience in a similar role in a large, multi-business organisation.
  • Experience recruiting for a Commercial business is a plus.
  • Skills

    Technical skills include:

  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social network)
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and legislations in Singapore
  • Generic skills include:

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to drive change and communicate with different Business Unit Leaders.
  • Self-motivated, creative, energetic, and able work under pressure to achieve targets.
  • Excellent active listening skills and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to deliver timely, accurate, thorough, and high-quality work in challenging situations.
  • Able to multi-task and work well in a structured corporate environment.
  • Able to identify gaps to improve talent acquisition processes for maximum workflow efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) are essential to this position.
