You will be responsible for the delivery of the Talent Acquisition (TA) plan in support of the assigned business units, especially for the commercial growth businesses. You will drive the talent acquisition sourcing including candidate mining on LinkedIn, lead the interviews and calibrate requirements with the business as needed.
As a HRBP focused on Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with the business to attract the best talent possible, to deliver great quality service to hiring managers and drive excellent candidate experiences.
