Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the recruitment and retention activities of the assigned portfolio and to ensure timeliness and cost effectiveness in the process
  • Provide professional advice to line managers on the employee issues and counsel employees in relation to conditions of employment
  • Coordinate with line management in monitoring the performance management process and identify key performers for succession planning
  • Establish and maintain rapport with line managers, recruiters and other banking HR counterparts to maintain market awareness to enhance efficiency of staffing activities
  • Support the development of human resources policies & procedures and ensure HR plans are well understood and implemented
  • Ensure the human resources practices are in compliance with statutory requirements

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience in relationship management functions
  • Possess high market awareness in the latest development of employment practices in the banking industry
  • Familiar with employment related ordinances and regulations
  • Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
