Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage all phases of projects from initiation to closure (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test)
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define technical, operational, user requirements and data specifications
  • Create conceptual architecture, solution design materials
  • Develop in-house solution according to the requirements and design
  • Work closely with vendor technology teams to integrate / deliver solutions
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in HRIS or corporate systems and provide good technical and functional support of the business applications
  • Promote user adoption through a series of digital tools and materials
  • Coordinate with Infra, Security, Client Services teams and external vendors on system infra requirements and vulnerability remediations for application deployment or change
  • Upkeep the existing system, perform system support and advisory services to internal users
  • Work with key stakeholders and vendors in the capacity of a business analyst and propose business process improvements
  • Ensure quality of deliverables through sound technical design, adherence to development best practices and stringent testing
  • Job Requirements

  • Min 5 years relevant experience in administrating, designing, and/or developing HRIS and/or Microsoft Power platform applications.
  • Experience in application development, code development, application testing and component designing
  • Experience in supporting HR-related and employee engagement systems
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies with C#, JSON/Rest API, Microsoft PowerApps, Flow, PowerBI, MS SQL, SharePoint, web services etc.
  • Exposure to Cloud platforms especially Azure (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS modes)
  • An energetic team player with a positive outlook and ability to handle ambiguity with the passion to get things done
  • Good communications skills with the ability to relate to stakeholders at different levels and strong vendor management skills (both verbal and non-verbal) is a must
  • Able to independently analyse and identify comprehensive solutions considering all functional implications while developing a workable solution
  • Experience in using multi-media digital marketing tools to promote system adoption is an advantage
