Job Description Summary

The Lead HR Business Analyst supports the Employee Experience & Services teams in making high-impact, data-driven decisions. The Lead HR Business Analysts are responsible for the development of process and procedural documentation, ensuring global alignment of process and data architectures, develops and ensures quality assurance strategies, and partners with cross functional teams (TDS, HR, Finance, etc.) to enable process, data, and reporting quality and consumption. The Lead HR Business Analyst oversees the M&A Data Analyst, Dashboard and Reporting Analyst, and Quality Assurance teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the various operations across Cushman and Wakefield geographically and functionally
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy reporting mechanisms with a focus on workforce management and data quality
  • Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple (often disparate) sources and compiling it into a consumable and actionable outcomes
  • Work in partnership with the Employee Experience & Services country leads/function leads to build reporting and other process/ data driven solutions that support automation and streamlining
  • Support the development efficient and value added processes by questioning and partnering to achieve desired outcomes
  • Partners with TDS and functional groups to develop process, data, and functional requirements, develops and maintains documentation and ensures transparency and record keeping for all changes
  • Ensures quality assurance by developing strategies including testing, auditing, data usage, and data ownership models.
  • Leads all M&A activities from Process, Data, and Reporting lens
  • Oversee day to day functions of M&A Data Analyst, Dashboard and Reporting Analyst, and Quality Assurance teams.

Professional Experience:

  • Experience in an analytical role with experience in interpreting data, analyzing results to identify trends
  • Experience in HR Operations, Background Checks, Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll, etc.
  • Analytical mind set and ability to see the big picture and influence others.
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to lead group discussions
  • Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity where lines of ownership aren't always clear.
  • Able to communicate complex messages and outputs from their analysis in a confident and simple way.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
