Our client, a well-known FMCG Manufacturing and Trading company, is looking for a Japanese Speaking HR Manager for business expansion.
- Fluent in Japanese, English, Mandarin
- University degree in Human Resources management preferred
- Minimum 8 years in Human Resources duties with at least 3 years in managerial level
- With HR experience in Japanese company is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS office and HR application
- Mature, reliable and able to work independently
- Less experience may consider as Assistant HR Admin. Supervisor
- Immediate available is preferred
- Oversee the Human Resource function, provide strategic planning of HK office and Japan branch
- Develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with industry practices and regulation requirement
- Contact with Line Managers in Japan branch
- Travelling is required occasionally
- Handle ad-hoc project
- Salary: up to 50k (depends on experience)
- 5 days
