Our client is a Japanese company, they are now looking for candidate to join their team.
- Assist General Manager and AGM in managing Admin HR activities in Hong Kong
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities including end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Monitor and maintain compensation benefits, including pay plan, benefits program, etc.
- Manage general office administration functions, including office supplies procurement, printing, document storage system, housekeeping and facilities management
- Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned
- University graduate in HR Management is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years HR experience
- Well versed in HR program, Recruitment Placement , Training Development, Performance management , Salary welfare
- Experience with systems and processes an advantage
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislations of Hong Kong
- High proficiency in business Japanese is required
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Location: Central
- Salary: up to 22k (depends on experiences)
- 5 days work week
