To cope with the business expansion of I.T, high calibre candidates are invited to fill the following position:-

Accountabilities Key Result Areas

  • Provide full spectrum of HR services in areas of compensations and benefits administration, performance management and talent acquisitions
  • Facilitate corporate office and frontline recruitment activities
  • Consolidation of KPI reports including rolling forecasts, productivity, staff cost and budgeting
  • Resolve staff disputes and disciplinary cases, as well as manage effective staff relations and communication channels
  • Participate in HRIS system enhancement projects

Experience / Qualification Requirements

  • University graduate with 5-6 years experience in Human Resources and administration from sizeable corporations
  • Retail industry experience is preferable
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and practical cases
  • Multi-tasking, flexible and ability to work as a team
  • Excellent communication skill and sense of planning and organizing
