About Our ClientJob Description
Our client, a well-known MNC food manufacturer ,is now looking for a HR Senior Manager to join the team. The job duties are as followings:
- Provide full spectrum of HR services to the group
- Corporate with China, Overseas Head Quarter in HR strategic management
- Handle HR projects to review the HR policies and procedures streamline
- Review and launch the HR policies and procedures in areas of compensation benefits, employee relations, training and development, performance management, manpowerplanning, etc to ensure alignment with industry practices and regulation requirement
- Provide advice and counsel to management and delivery the management instruction to the internal departments
- Ad Hoc projects in related to people management, internal departments management
- Degree holder or above in HR, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Over 10 years experience in HR management
- With experience in sizable companies, manufacturer or listed company
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance, HR practice and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS application
- Independent, result-oriented, able to handle multi-tasking
- Good interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin
