Were looking for like-minded professionals with a Human Resources (HR) background to join our People and Culture team as Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager!

Our People and Culture team plans, builds and designs people strategies to ensure that Rainbow Centre has a competent and passionate workforce to meet the aspirations of our service users. As a Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, you will engage key internal stakeholders on all people-related matters, including but not limited to onboarding, learning and development, employee well-being and manpower analysis and planning. You will play different roles as part of the team:

  • Strategic Partner: Aligning people strategies to RCs objectives
  • Change Agent: Partnering leaders to facilitate change
  • Administrative Expert: Ensuring Process Optimisation and Efficiency
  • Employee Champion: Building an empowered, inclusive and thriving workforce

  • Demonstrates a person-centered approach
  • Collaborates and works well in a team to drive optimal results
  • Typically possess a good tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related field with with at least two (2) years of experience as HR Business Partner
  • Good knowledge of manpower laws and regulations and proven working knowledge of employee lifecycle components
