- Support the delivery of various CB program such as salary bench-marking and personnel cost budgeting across the markets.
- Manage talent acquisition activities including advertise opportunities in appropriate venues such as inter/intranet, social media and college with recruitment agencies and headhunters.
- Reporting directly to the HR Director, Asia Pacific, providing all-rounded HR services across Asia Pacific.
- Support HR team to provide a range of HR services as well as all general administration.
- 3-5 years experience working in general human resources or talent acquisition
- An understanding of the local employment law in HK Macau is required. An understanding of Taiwan / Singapore / Australia employment law would be advantage.
- Good personal organisation and administration skills
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
