Report to People Head and work closely with internal partners in all matters related to people services and human resources perspective
He or she will lead a small People Services Team and responsible for full spectrum of HR duties including Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organization Development and Employees Relation for both frontline and back office staff.
Implement efficient recruitment strategies proactively to recruit talent, using social media and innovative recruitment platforms to reach the best qualified talent
End-to-end talent sourcing, from developing job descriptions, candidate identification, screening and interviewing, through to salary negotiation and on-boarding
Review, update and implement HR policies and programs, with compliance with locallegislation and Corporate requirements
Provide HR advice and support to all team managers, understanding business operation and departmental needs for manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention
Actively involvement in ad-hoc assignments to support the Companys business goals
Compile & consolidate HR reports and statistical analysis for management review
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
8 to 10 years ofsolidexperience in the HR Management
Previous experience in Retail or FMCG Industry is aMUST
Well organized and ability to manage multiple tasks within a tight timeline
Independent and a good team player
Excellent communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
