Job Description



Responsibilities




  • Assist the Department Headin full spectrum of HR functionsas a Business Partner to provide strategic counsel to business unit heads.

  • Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedureswhich complywith local legislation and Corporate requirement.

  • Implement recruitment strategies to recruit talent, using social media and innovative recruitment platforms to reach the potential talent.

  • Responsible for the Associate Programme, groom young talent to be future leader.

  • Provide operational and administrative support to business units on manpower related matters.

  • Perform other ad hoc dutiesto support the Companys business goals.



  • Requirements




  • Form 5 or above

  • 6 years HR all-rounded generalist experience, with PRC exposure will be an advantage

  • Positive mind-set, multi-tasked, passion in garment industry and able to work under minimum supervision

  • Tactful and with excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees

  • Excellent writing skills in Chinese and English and good spoken in Putonghua is a must

  • Station in Zhong Shan and Extensive travel to Overseas Factories is required
