  • Responsible for the administrative work and documentation of the department
  • Handle overall file management and office equipment maintenance of the department according to the Banks policies
  • Organize and prepare the regular/ad-hoc reports as assigned by senior management
  • Review and monitor departments budget and regular variance analysis
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative assistance to the General Manager of the department, including diary, meeting, appointment schedule management, meeting minute drafting etc.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed


  • Degree holder or Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in banks or financial institutions
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and willing to work under high pressure and tight timeline
  • Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PPT and Chinese typewriting is a must
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
