DUTIES

  • Supports recruitment, learning & development and other Human Resources related functions
  • Innovate and reinvent people strategies, for example not to be limited by traditional recruitment channels
  • Drives a high performing, motivated work force
  • Pro-actively alerts the business leaders on potential employee relation issues and addresses them in a timely manner
  • Role models key competencies and values
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Has a passion for people
  • Posses excellent knowledge of local labour laws and has extensive experience in industrial relations
  • Has good communication and people management skills
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English as well as Chinese
  • Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Has solid understanding of Human Resources processes and procedures
  • Is a critical thinker and a problem solver
  • Able to communicate priorities and drives business results
  • Please note that Assistant Manager title will be considered forcandidate with less experience.
