Job Description


  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment selection, learning development, performance reviewing, compensation benefit, employee announcements, liaise and maintain good relationship with all internal and external parties for HR related matters
  • Develop the recruitment strategy to improve the hiring process and the effectiveness of existing recruitment channels in order to achieve the hiring goals in alignment with the company objectives.
  • Plan, organize and implement HR / payroll / system related projects
  • Manage regular HR initiatives throughout the employment life cycle covering performance development review, annual manpower planning, staff retention program, staff development plans as well as compensation reviews, etc.
  • Provide professional HR advice to senior management to ensure an equitable working environment, which is in compliance with companys HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage daily HR operational duties such as payroll administration, Employee Compensation case, etc.


  • Degree holder in HR Management or equivalent
  • A seasoned HR professional with at least 6 years relevant HR experience in sizable organizations
  • Work experience in Retail Chains/ FMCG/ Pets fields will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Well knowledge of HR related policies and procedures and with good understanding of employment related ordinances and regulations
  • Excellent in the use of MS Office applications.
  • Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills, resilient and able to work under pressure.
