Job Description



Wang On Properties Limited, a property developer in Hong Kong, was incorporated on 19 November 2015. Prior to completion of the reorganisation and the spin-off, Wang On Properties was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wang On Group. The property investment segment of Wang On Properties can be traced back to 1997, while its property development business began in 2004. At present, Wang On Properties has established The Met. brand in Hong Kong, with a broad range of properties for development and investment. Leveraging the solid foundation of its parent company Wang On Group, the Group is well received by residents and investors with positive reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, coaching, CB and performance management, bonus scheme review etc
  • Analyze, identify and develop effective HR strategies, policies and operation systems to support the business needs in achieving corporate goals and visions
  • Provide quality support service and foster the high motivation environment in the Company
  • Keep abreast of local legislations update and ensure HR policies and practices are compliance to local legislations supporting to the business objectives and competitive in the market
  • Implement the employee retention strategy and develop the talent workforce
  • Lead and participate other ad-hoc assignments to support the Companys business goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 12 years or above solid HR generalist with at least 5 years at managerial level
  • Experienced in sizable Company, Real Estate / listed co. / Construction is highly preferred
  • Able to build trust-worthy relationship with strong communication and people management skills
  • Positive, detail-minded, well-organized and flexible
  • Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking, meticulous, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
