We would like to invite hands-on, proactive, and synergetic individuals to apply for the position of Human Resources Manager / Assistant HR Manager to assist with organisational growth and expansion.

Human Resources Manager / Assistant HR Manager

Primary responsibilities:
Report directly to the Director on all employee and business HR issues.
Be the facilitator and driving force behind the company culture; provide cross-level assistance and support to a multinational team.
Drive and innovate HR policies and initiatives which support organisational growth and development.
Lead the HR team to provide a full spectrum of HR related functions including; compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management and recruitment and selection - a strong background in cb is highly desirable.
Ensure compliance ofHR policies and procedures are in line with Labour Ordinance.
Work closely with HR team to create a competitive programme for staff cohesiveness, retention, recognition and reward.
Lead and participate in other ad hoc tasks as required to support business goals.

This job is right for you if you:
Have a degree or masters in Human Resources / Business Administration / or other related disciplines.
Have 4 8 years working experience in generalist HR roles less experienced candidates will be considered for Assistant HR Manager Position.
Are passionate about working with people; experience in MNC / dynamic team environment preferred.
Are able to effectively build strong working relationships and are able to communicate effectively and openly with others.
Have strong interpersonal, organisation, time-keeping, and management skills; able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous in attention to detail.
Have a familiarity with HRIS / HR software.
Immediate availability preferred.
