Reporting to the Vice Chairman General Manager, the incumbentwill be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Your duties will include: -

  1. Implement HR strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits and welfare benefits, training and development, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations
  2. Formulate, implement and standardize HR manuals, policies and procedures
  3. Planning to cope with the business direction and growth in various departments
  4. Build collaborative efforts with HQs Group Human Resources to achieve employer branding goals and ensure aligned HR initiatives, policies and guidelines
  5. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable requirements in accordance to HK Employment Ordinance
  6. Contribute to the set up of new HRIS and follow up on a smooth transition
  7. Drive special projects initiatives and perform ad-hoc tasks to achieve the Companys objectives
  8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements: -

  • University Graduate, Degree in Human Resources is preferred
  • Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in HR, in similar capacity
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem solving and analysis record
  • Excellent team management skills with result-orientation and a sense of urgency
  • Excellent organizing ability, interpersonal relationship and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
