Job Description:

Our client is one leading luxury retail brand group. They are looking for high caliber be the HRBP.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent HRBP service to internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, CB, development, etc
  • Handle all CB function including salary review, performance appraisal, job benchmarketing, etc, for the business units
  • Work closely with BU heads on hiring needs, talent development and retention program
  • Tackle any staff issues and mobility matters



Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder with at least 6 years of working experience
  • Track exposure in HRBP function
  • Sound business partnering or customer service skill in MNC is a must
  • Good communication skill
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese / Chinese
