W are an independent law firm in Hong Kong with over 80 staff, providing an extensive range of legal services to local and international clients in Hong Kong and across the region.
We are looking for HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
Report to the General Manager
Work independently for full HR duties of the HK office 80-100 headcount
Manage full cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and on boarding
Manage leave application administration
Maintain accurate and updated employee records
Manage MPF administration and group medical insurance renewal as well as fringe benefit administration.
Provide training and maintaining good employee relationship
Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned
Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years experience in HR function, with experience in legal firm/accounting firm/banking & finance or other professional firms
Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related statutory requirements
Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
