Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits administration, performance management, employee retention and engagement
  • Liaise with line manager in regards to staff-related issues
  • Manage and maintain personnel records in Human Resources Information System
  • Assist in organizing a range of employee relations activities
  • Responsible for other human resources tasks and projects as required
  • Experiences and skills required

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 7years experience in HR generalist rolewith at least 3years in supervisory/ managerial position
  • Hands-on experience inHRIS would be an advantage
  • Excellent numerical sense and analytical skills, well versed with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
