Report to the General Manager of Greater China, the Human Resources Manager will act as a hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to provide best support to the business unit of Hong Kong and South China offices. You will take an active role in planing, developing and implementing effective HR strategies, and running the HR transformation projects to enhance the HRIS and policies to align with the company business direction. You will be responsible for the performance management, training and development as well as employee relations as part of the HRBP role.
To be a successful candidate, you should be a degree holder with at least 8 years of HR generalist experience from which 3 yer as at the managerial level. Previous exposure to a sales driven business is highly desired. You will be a hands-on HR professional with a results-driven mindset. Experience in running HR enhancement projects including HRIS implementation project will be preferred. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is essential for this role.
