Our client is a rapid expanding European MNC with their Asia regional office in Hong Kong. To cope with their growth across Asia, they are now looking for a HR calibre to join them

 

We are now seeking for an HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions for the operation in Hong Kong
  • Overlook local HR members and ensure smooth operations across the region
  • Review and develop Regional HR policy and procedure to ensure its compliance with local regulations
  • Act as a business partner and work close with senior management and department heads on HR strategy and programs to cope with the business growth
  • Cultivate change management and delegate corporate mission and vision statements to all levels of staff
  • Lead any HR projects and ad hoc tasks as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of solid HR experience preferably with hands-on HR experience across the region
  • Experience in handling change management and corporate culture program would be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to handle multi-tasks
  • Detail-minded with excellent project handling skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications and HRIS
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
