Looking to replicate their success in the EMEA region, the new division is looking to recruit an experienced Human Resources Manager. is the UKs largest sporting goods retailer by revenue. We are proud to operate a diverse portfolio of sports, fitness, fashion and lifestyle retail fascias throughout Europe, the U.S and Malaysia and are looking to expand on our success across Asia. We aspire to be a leading sports and lifestyle retailer internationally and need committed and capable candidates to help us achieve our long term strategy.

We are currently searching for an experiencedHuman Resources Managerto join us in our Hong Kong Division.
  • Identify and analyze business needs and people issues where HR solutions can be leverage and implemented
  • Review, develop and update orientation pack, policies and procedures to ensure the rules and regulations are compiled to local labour law and in line with the companys direction
  • Maintain HQ and global offices employee handbook
  • Responsibility for supporting the company with administrative tasks for onboarding, offboarding & contracting
  • Work to manage and improve HR Operations workflows that support HQ team
  • Develop and maintain a consistent and accurate employment information data base (including leave record)
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory
  • Drive annual performance exercises and ensures teams participation and identify any development needs
  • Propose suitable resourcing channels for hiring managers
  • Develop training topics, contents, and materials for uploading into training platform
  • Support the delivery of any ad hoc HR project

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of related work experience
  • Experience in HRIS operations is a plus
  • Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • A proactive and good team player with sound communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
