Job Description


  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, i.e. research, shortlisting, presentation of profiles, liaising with external partners and internal stakeholders, set up of interviews, conducting of 1st / 2nd interview, offer/ rejection stage and onboarding
  • Planning and organizing all campus recruitment, inclusive of preparing of career fairs marketing material and attending career fairs
  • Preparation, planning and overseeing of internships and management trainee programs
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with government bodies (MPA) and oversee sponsorship programs
  • Facilitate any onboarding and offboarding of employees, inclusive of Employment Pass / S-Pass management for foreign employees
  • Planning and arranging of relocations and handling of expatriates
  • Support of visa application letters and employee certifications
  • Assist in the annual performance review implementation
  • Regularly liaise with finance for salary payments, invoices and reimbursements to/from staff and cash flow requirements, addition or deduction of staff salary.
  • Reliably monitor and update the HR portal, including leave record management (i.e. issuance of quarterly and yearly reports, etc.)
  • Comprehensive execution of housing management
  • Support the payroll team as backup, when needed
  • Maintain a strong people oriented attitude and constantly prioritize employee care
  • Drive employee engagement ideas in an innovative manner
  • Organizing and executing internal networking events
  • Host and coordinate ad-hoc HR projects
  • Requirements:

  • At least three years of in-house or agency recruitment experience
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Prior HR generalist working experience is preferred
  • Seasoned in the Singapore Employment Act and Labor laws, working with the government and/or MOM
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, any additional language is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a high sense of confidentiality is required
  • Experience in tenancy management and negotiations is an added advantage
  • Must eventually be an advocate for our unique company culture
  • Prior overseas working experiences is a plus
