At Zenika, we are looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a technology consulting environment, or with a technology / IT background. As the Human Resource Manager, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do, keen to learn, grow and develop with the business, as well as facilitate the growth of others. Your duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employee fun and engagement, and talent management.

  • What will you achieve?

  • You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and training.
  • You will support our talent acquisition manager to continue to ramp-up our hiring initiatives, and continue to develop our employee value proposition and brand.
  • You will drive our engagement with the education community to create brand awareness and attract exceptional young talent, just starting their careers.
  • You will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and our employee centric culture.
  • You will establish the human resource requirements of the organization in terms of retention, career development, and succession planning.
  • You will ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements , IRAS, MOM, NS and other government-related claims as well as administering work pass application/ issuance/ renewal/ cancellation etc.
  • You will actively identify the gaps in the organization's HR process and system and propose methods or procedures to improve them.
  • If you are a candidate with experience in hiring Technical roles or from IT industry, it will be an advantage.
