Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of Human Resources functions, with particular focus on compensation and benefits administration
- Responsible for HRIS data management and data provision in HR & Admin intranet
- Work with line management and Group Training to achieve people development objectives
- Act as change agent to foster positive move towards challenge ahead
- Monitor daily office procurement and repair & maintenance of newly renovated office premises
- Ensure timely renewal of insurance coverage and licenses on various aspects including cars, ECI, property all risks, contractor all risks, etc.
- Lead a team of HRand administration staff
- Manage employee relations and recreation projects
- Execute ad hoc projects, including participation in Groups quarterly staff magazine and staff events
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in HRM or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years solid experience in all rounded HR Management aspects
- Well-versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances and regulations
- Be conversant with OSH requirements and alert to risk management
- Passionate, outgoing, well-organised and be a good team player
- Strong sense of responsibility and continuous improvement
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Knowledge in ISO9001 / 14001 system implementation preferable but not essential
