Our client is a well-established US MNC with operations across Asia. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a high calibre to join their regional office in Hong Kong

 

We are now seeking for a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a strategic business partner and provide consultative and strategic advice to business leaders and line managers
  • Act as the focal contact point for HR enquiries from designated business units
  • Partner with Centre of Excellence and Specialist team on providing professional solution on full range of HR matters
  • Work closely with recruitment team on developing and formulating talent acquisition strategy
  • Incorporate corporate culture and vision through staff engagement and employee relations activities such as teambuilding programs, town-hall meetings, etc.
  • Coach and guide line mangers on performance management and people development
  • Participate in any HR projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years solid HR experience gained from multinational corporations
  • Solid experience in business partnering and stakeholder management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with different levels of staff
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
