Handle and manage overall HR functions in the company and run the daily operations (Without subordinate)
To plan and execute the project base assignment to make the current structure better
Communicate with all employees and pay attention to the working environment to ensure and maintain the satisfaction level of employees.
Communicate with hiring department and activate the internal hiring (employee referrals, rotation) before recruiting from the external resources
Handle overall recruiting process.
Payroll and C&B
Enter the payroll related information of all employees to the system (monthly - before pay day)
Consolidate the payroll data and ensure the payment is made on time with correct amount
Calculate the bonus, commission and salary increment based on the evaluation
Implement the new payroll system and build the new process from the current way
HR Projects Management
Implement the new HR system, review internal policy and make revision to the align with the current situation
HR General enquiry regarding HR services and updating new laws and regulations upon requirement
Build new Performance Evaluation structure
Age between 35 45 years old.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, HR Management or any related field
At least 7 years experience of handling overall HR functions in the middle or large size company.
Good command of written and spoken in English
Proficient in Microsoft Excel: Experience of using SUM, PIVOT during work
Can work independently and confidently
Good presentation skill, details oriented and accurate with information and communication
