Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, compensation and benefit
  • Responsible for all personnel functions including maintain the attendance and leave record, performance management, payroll and taxation administration
  • Responsible for analyzing, compiling and preparing management reports
  • Maintain an accurate and updated database of HR system
  • Coordinate staff relations activities
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in Human Resources, less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
  • Experience in Retails or Beauty Industry is a must
  • Knowledge in B2B HR Pro System will be a plus
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good computer literacy, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Chinese Word Processing is a must
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
