Job Description

Our client, a well-known retail group, is seeking for a high calibre candidate to join them as HR Manager (Talent Acquisition).

About The Role
HR Manager will be responsible for

  • Managing one-stop recruitment services from sourcing, screening, interviews, salary proposal preparation, offer negotiation, reference check, on-boarding arrangement and post placement care call
  • Exploring the effective recruitment channels for all vacancy and conducting strategic market-mapping to build talent pools
  • Working closely with line managers, HRBP to identify any hiring needs and design appropriate talent acquisition strategy for ensuring a balance of effective talent pipelining and cost effectiveness
  • Supporting HR projects e.g. campus recruitment, on-boarding program revamp, Employer Branding as assigned
  • Reviewing the HR policies and procedures in related to staff movement and recruitment

About You

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of direct search and recruitment experience
  • Previous working experiences gained with recruitment firm and/or experienced in managing a full recruitment life cycle in a corporate environment would be an added advantage
  • Working experiences gained from Fintech, IT or other fast-paced industry is a plus
  • Excellent candidate sourcing skills and well versed in various recruitment channels
  • Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and with the ability to handle multi-tasks independently under tight schedules
  • Action oriented and resilient with a pro-active approach to problem solving
  • Multi-tasker, detailed oriented, analytical with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in public speaking would be an added advantage
