A famous multinational company is looking for a HR head to take charge of regional management.Client DetailsOur client is a Swedish-founded multinational group that designs and sells ready-to-assemble furniture, kitchen appliances and home accessories. The company is known for its modernist designs for various types of appliances and furniture, and its interior design work is often associated with an Eco-friendly simplicity.Description- Develop, lead and secure optimal HR support structure for all business units.- Support and create a systematic development approach and create a high performing learning organization.- Secure operational excellence in implementing and maintaining HR processes and working methods.- Coach and support managers for people related topics (e.g. performance management & development, team development, support in change management).- Build a strong talent pipeline in order to secure competence flow and succession planning.- Contribute to the regional goals. Contribute to identify and act on regional opportunities and synergies.- Ensure the company is known as a great place to work and positioned as the preferred employer for every function, in cooperation with other local units.- Responsible to secure and verify HR-related compliance.
