The Anglo East Group (AEG) ( in Hong Kong is a leading provider of insurance broking, security and delivery services to the retail, wholesale and manufacture jewellery traders on risk management of valuables. Founded in 1984 on a philosophy of providing the highest one-stop service to the trade, our group has continually set the standards of services, reliability and trust in this highly specialized field.

In order to cope with our expansion, we are now looking for the following position:

Job Responsibilities:

  • To be the strategic partner of the Managing Director
  • To recruit right staff
  • Tobe manage HR Administration functional team in HK;
  • To be in charge offull spectrum of HR and Administration Operations; includes staff appraisal and performance management
  • To monitor, review andimplementation HR policies through well managed staff and highly motivated workforce;
  • To build two way communication system include suggestion scheme;
  • To build award system to motivate and conduct audit system to ensure job done correctly;
  • To help implement procedures by establishing workflow/ manual;
  • To operate a suggestion scheme for continuous improvement;
  • To implement the culture of addressing issues of CB incentive scheme;
  • To perform office budget planning control; weekly and monthly reporting
  • To be able to work under pressure, handlemulti-tasking and to meet target on schedule
  • To handle ad-hoc report and projectas required.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • 5+yearsmanagementexperience in Human Resources Administration Operations;
  • Hands-on HRIS practices (SMAS is highly preferrable)
  • Capable to handle multi-tasks projects,administration operations andmanagement;
  • Experience to establish work procedures and conduct training;
  • Establish an audit system to ensure achievementon working procedures;
  • Excellence in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
