Serves as an influential and strategic HR business partner to the Asia region organization and manages the day to day HR processes across assigned functions. Facilitates the execution of business strategies through people and organizational development. Ensures the business goals, objectives and initiatives are supported through the execution of HR strategies, policies and procedures.

Serves as the Asia Region HR leader and operational business partner for the Regional Managing Director
Builds strong partnerships across the region, evidenced by the HRBPs seat at the table
Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and leadership teams on a wide-range of HR-related topics that include performance management, talent attraction and retention, learning and development, D&I, organizational design (to include SG&A cost-management), employee engagement, total rewards, and succession planning
Partners with HR Director ANZPI & Asia to manage, coach and develop local HR Business Partnership team
Builds strong partnerships across all HR disciplines. Represents the HR function across stakeholders and within the HR community to work towards its objectives:
Leads the annual Talent and Succession Planning process for Asia, providing key people insights and development areas
Supports the achievement of the People 2025 Vision and Strategic Priorities
Drives awareness and initiatives which support the Diversity and Inclusion agenda
Change leadership expert and facilitator for initiatives that impact people and culture.
In partnership with the Regional Talent Acquisition and Global Total Rewards teams, supports the business units recruitment and acquisition efforts and ensures the process runs smoothly to build the best and most capable, diverse workforce
Sets the strategy for regional growth and development needs and partners with the Regional People Development team to execute against strategic priorities, including individual, team, and organizational development
Leads employee-relations investigations when appropriate, coordinating efforts with Legal, Compliance, and Audit when necessary. Provide recommendations for remediation if required.
To thrive in this job, heres what you should bring
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Human Resources, Business or similar
Experience: University Degree and 5+ years HR Management experience; or 10+ years of in-depth HR Management experience
In-market experience in South-East Asia or North Asia is essential
Preferred experience in a similar regional HR role
Understands and has had exposure to the business culture and practises across the Asia region
Knowledge of HR functions and processes. Understanding of the HR profession and legal ramifications of non-compliance.
